We are very lucky to benefit from a great local Village with Bars, Shops, Restaurants & take aways which is 2km from the site. There is also a large Super U supermarket at the end of the village which can be reached by a car within 5 minutes.
There are 3 different friendly Bars, with a good local hotel & a number of restaurants/Creperies, with both a Pizza & Kebab Take Away all within the center of the Village.
We also benefit from two fantastic French Bakeries in the village, with a new Butchers Shop also recently opened.
The town of Fougeres is about 15 miniutes away & has one of the largest medieval Chateaux in Europe
Mt St Michel is about a 35 miniute drive away up into Normandy, it is well worth a visit, however becomes very busy in peak summer season.
The City of Rennes is the Capital of Brittany & is a 30 miniute drive down the A84. It has a multitude of Bars, Restaurants, a busy Saturday Farmers Market plus a very large Fishing Shop.
